Join us for a one-of-a-kind virtual event designed to bring the best of a in-person Christmas Market to the the comfort of home. This listing is specifically for VENDORS for our Merry Maker Market Vendors.

WHAT TO KNOW

The Merry Maker Market will be held December 4th – 7th, 2025. Like an in person event, guests will need to purchase tickets to attend the online event. This event is more than just a vendor market – it’s a holiday experience. Not only will guests be able to shop with a variety of original makers, but they will also be entered to win gift baskets, partake in our Give Back Bingo and win prizes, and access various live demonstrations (complete with access to replays) including cookie decorating, charcuterie planning, DIY crafts and more. We estimate this event to attract approximately 5000 shoppers, or more.

Event Vendor Registration:

  • The vendor fee for this event is $35 until October 31st, then $75 until registration closes on Nov 15th. If all spots are filled, registration will close early.
  • To event is designed to be curated for the customer experience with original handmade and homemade items from all types of makers. To keep the event diverse and give everyone the best shot at making sales, each category has a limited number of vendor slots. When one is sold out, it is sold out (sorry).
  • You may not apply for more than one vendor slot.
  • There are no other fees on our end associated with this event, for vendors.
  • Vendor Welcome packets and guides will be sent out November 1st, 2025.

The Vendor Experience

We have a few different goals with our Merry Maker Market. The first is to drive sales and exposure to handmade sellers. The second is to curate a unique shopping and connection experience for everyone involved. Similar to an in-person vendor event, shoppers will be able to shop each vendor storefront exclusively. There is no cross-advertising of other vendors on any vendor’s page.

  • Each vendor storefront is designed to allow you to have a welcome video (if you wish), connection points for social media and email/text lists, and your specific products on display.
  • Vendors will be limited to 15 products each with up to 15 variations. For example, you can have HOLIDAY TOWELS with 15 different holiday designs. Makers can max out at 225 products with this matrix.

We do not want this event to be a hodge podge marketplace. The key to driving sales and creating a memorable holiday shopping experience is focusing on key products that you enjoy making and want to focus on selling. Variations allow you to have multiple versions of a product on one listing and decrease the overall clutter of an event. Because this event is virtual, you do not need a ton of pre-made stock. You can make orders on demand just as you normally would when selling via your own website.

  • Vendors may not use digital mockups for their products. All product photos must be actual product photos. AI edited/staged photos will be accepted.
  • Vendors must be comfortable with shipping their products to the customer after purchase.
  • All vendors will receive 2 tickets to the Merry Maker Market.
  • All vendors will receive plug and play creatives (social media posts, reels, email templates, scripts) which they can use to promote their virtual booth at the event.
  • All vendors will be granted an affiliate tracking code and earn $2 for every ticket sold to the event, through their code.
  • All vendors will have a chance to be spotlighted in our marketing campaigns leading up to the event.
  • All vendors may choose to record and submit a demonstration that will be aired “live” if they wish to garner additional attention to their business.

Important Dates

  • Vendor registration closes November 15th, 2025 or when all slots are filled.
  • Vendors must have all products entered into their storefront by November 24th, 2025.
  • November 10th, 2025 is when marketing for the event and ticket sales begin. Tickets can be purchased through the last day of the event.
  • The dedicated Merry Maker Market website will be live with a countdown on November 1st, 2025.
