As a multi-passionate entrepreneur who has had multiple successful craft related businesses, I know how hard it can be to change course when you feel like nothing is working that once was. Many entrepreneurs that I work with express fears that the change they are avoiding is not going to be enough to save their businesses which are already struggling. The feelings of defeat tend to block out the light of what lies ahead when you shift your business to a more strategic path.
After 7 years working with aspiring craft business owners, I have realized that the top issue they face is the structure of their business not aligning with what works for business success and their life. Although many have experienced short term success, it isn’t enough to sustain through economic turmoil, changes in social media and the obstacles or setbacks of life.
In Private 1-on-1 Craft Business Coaching, we work together to address all of these barriers and fully evolve your business to align with where you want to be moving forward. We aim to work together for 12 months but recognize that life happens and thus we keep the timeline flexible to best accommodate you. Our ultimate goal is to help you reach yours in ways that are sustainable, data-driven, and intentional for you and your life.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Based on your ideas, financial goals, life obstacles and interests we fully analyze your business and help you refine your current business model into one that can thrive and exceed your expectations. This includes tackling branding, logo, ecommerce storefront layout, product development/improvement, marketing strategy and social media strategy. After developing an action plan to follow, we will work along side of you to complete the various steps. Throughout the year, we develop your marketing plan to follow each quarter, lead magnets and continuously audit your business to tweak it as needed.

Every person in private coaching has been successful with their new craft business. We aim to keep that trend going! Your success is dependent on the work you are willing to do within your business. We will work with you and continue to help you refine and adapt until you get the results you are seeking. Our goal is to transform your business within 12 months but we recognize that life happens and you may find yourself sidelined due to any number of events. Rest assured that if you find yourself stalled by obstacles in life – we will pause and pick back up when you are ready.
HOW MUCH WORK IS INVOLVED FOR YOU?
In order to keep this coaching package affordable, it is important to recognize that you are responsible for work with your business but we work collaboratively to help you be more efficient and strategic. Here is an idea of what that looks like:
Product Development: We perform market research and identify the products, aesthetics and pricing that works for your niche and with the idea you have for your business. You are responsible for creating your actual product mockups and listings. We work together to audit listings and address issues like on-site search engine optimization to help your listings gain traction. We create an easy to follow check list that allows you to make progress in the time that you have and compound that into big results.
Marketing & Social Media: Based on your goals, niche and market research – we put together your marketing plan outline for your business. This is an in-depth look of what type of content to focus on for the upcoming 45-90 days and how to create it. We provide detailed breakdowns, captions and scripts as necessary to help improve your content performance. You are still responsible for creating the photos, posts and videos following the marketing guide. We will provide feedback and continue to collaborate with you to help you improve and feel confident in your ability to create a successful marketing plan all year round. We also create one free lead magnet for you each quarter. A lead magnet is designed to be a free resource for your audience that is specific to your niche and products and encourages people to sign up for your email or text list.
Branding & General Business: We are available to answer your questions about navigating life and business anytime. Private coaching clients have the ability to book a 1-on-1 phone call during our consult hours or can leverage private messaging/email anytime for faster response. Branding including logo and brand messaging is a big part of the support we provide for one-on-one clients. We work with you to align your brand better with the ideas you have for your business, your target customer, your price point and more. We help you create a one-of-a-kind brand message that easily attracts potential customers and drive sales while you build your community of supporters and grow your craft business.
Website Development & Updates: Whether you’re selling on Etsy, Shopify or still need a website – we are ready to help. Part of one-on-one coaching is getting your sales platform structured with proper Search Engine Optimization, photos, sales funnels, email/text message marketing and branding that helps drive sales.
Support & Troubleshooting: Whether you’re having a crisis of faith, not sure how to navigate a customer situation, or looking for guidance we are only a phone call, email or text message away to help you. Business is hard enough and you don’t have to do it alone.
