Annual domain renewal costs $19.99/ year. Domain privacy costs $14.95/year. Our packages include these costs for the year(s) that you sign up for. Hosting renewal costs and special promotions will be offered 90-days before your hosting plan expires. Auto-renewal is not in place. If you decide to switch to a different hosting company, your site can be migrated from our server to theirs.

Every course and video we create at Sub That is designed for beginners – unless it’s stated as advanced. Most of our audience is makers over the age of 50. We recognize the that learning new technology can be challenging no matter the age. We intentionally design our content with that in mind. Additionally, you’ll have access to our in-app support community and direct email support when you need it.

In the event that you are facing an error or need help, one of our team members is able to login and see what is going on and then assist you.
